As a Member of Easy Street, you are entitled to receive a copy of the Community First Credit Union Annual Report.

What's in the Annual Report?
|
The Annual Financial Reports set out the following information about Community First:
|
- Its financial position and performance;
- The efficiency with which it is being managed; and
- The financial risks to which it is exposed.
|

Things you should know
|
- If a Member elects not to receive an Annual Report, Community First is not obliged to send one out.
- A Member may at any time elect to receive the relevant reports.
- If a Member does not reply to Community First within 21 days of the notice of the availability of the Annual Report, then it is deemed that the Member does not require a copy.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
|
As an Easy Street Member, you are also entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and all other meetings of Members of Community First Credit Union. The AGM enables all Members to:
|
- Participate in the governance of Community First Credit Union;
- Ask questions about, and comment on, the management of Community First Credit Union, its financial standing and performance;
- Ask the auditor of Community First questions about the conduct of the audit of Community First and the preparation and content of the auditors report and;
- Vote on any proposal to amend the constitution of Community First or any other matter in relation to the management of the body corporate.

How will I know when the meetings are on?
|
Members who have opted in will receive notice prior to any meetings detailing matters to be addressed.
|
What if I can't attend?
|
Members who are unable to attend can appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.
|
Is attendance compulsary?
|
No, attendance at the AGM is optional.
|
What if I don't elect to receive notice of the AGM?
|
You must elect to receive notice of the AGM. If you do not elect to receive notice, then Community First is not required to give notice of its meetings to you. You can request to receive notice of the meeting at any time.

Can I request to receive notice of the AGM now?
|
