How do I contact Easy Street Financial Services? |

What is Easy Street's BSB? |
| Easy Street's BSB number is 802-038. Your Member number is also your account number. |
| What is Easy Street's operating hours? |
| Easy Street customer service is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. |
Is it safe to bank over the Internet? |
| Using Internet Banking is a very safe method of carrying out your day to day banking. To protect your information and transactions, we encrypt all messages travelling between your computer and our computer systems using the latest 128-bit digital encryption certificate. This means that all data is "scrambled" using a secret key which can only be deciphered by our Internet Banking system. An additional security feature is that the system will log you out if it is inactive for 10 minutes. For further information please refer to the Security section of our site. |

| Absolutely. As all deposits on Easy Street are 100% government guaranteed, so you can rest assured that your money is safe. In addition, Easy Street is powered by Community First Credit Union, Sydney's largest community based credit union. Community First is a financially sound and well managed Financial institution that has been in operation since 1959. |

What products does Easy Street provide? |
| Easy Street provides a range of products designed to be managed online for your convenience. These include an online savings account, personal loans, fixed and variable home loans, a range of insurance products and a share trading service. |
| How do I update my personal or account details on Easy Street? |
| The most secure way to update your personal details on Easy Street is via internet banking. In internet banking, you can update your address, phone numer and email by clicking on 'Other' followed by 'Client Maintenance' from the top menu. To update your linked bank account details, we recommend you send us a secure email via internet banking so that we can action your request as soon as possible. To access the secure email feature, simply click 'Other' followed by 'Secure email' when logged in to internet banking. |

| Why do I need to become a Member of Easy Street? |
| As a mutual, we are owned by our Members, not shareholders. We don't operate to generate large profits to pay dividends toshareholders. This is because we don't have any. We exist only for thebenefit of our Members. This means that our profits are used to giveback to Members in the form of competitive rates, less fees, andsuperior levels of service. When you become a Member, you pay $2 for your Member share. This share entitles you to one vote as a shareholder at our general meetings, including our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Attendance at these meetings are optional. It also entitles you to receive a copy of Community First’s annual report should you choose to receive one. |
