I can't seem to login to Internet Banking - what can I do?

 

How do I deposit money in to my account?

There is no requirement for a linked external bank account on Easy Street savings accounts which gives you maximum flexibility.

You can login to the internet banking service of the account you are transferring money from and complete an electronic transfer direct to your account. Please note that Easy Street does not accept cash deposits or cheques.

How do I withdraw money from my account?

Simply select 'Credit External' found under 'Transfers' from the top menu in Easy Street Internet Banking to make a transfer to any external bank account.

How do I transfer money from my Easy Savings account to my Bonus Saver account?

You can simply complete an internal transfer between your accounts by clicking on 'Transaction' followed by 'Transfer' from the top menu within Internet Banking. The funds will be transferred and available instantly.

How do I transfer money from my Bonus Saver account to my Easy Savings account?

You can simply complete an internal transfer between your accounts by clicking on 'Transaction' followed by 'Transfer' from the top menu within Internet Banking. The funds will be transferred and available instantly.

How do I set up a new regular savings plan or amend an existing regular savings plan?

You can view our steps for setting up a new regular savings plan or amending an existing one by visiting our savings plan page.

How do I increase the transfer limit on my account to greater than $2,500?

Visit our internet banking transfer limits page for information on applicable limits and how you can increase your limit.

Please note that increases to internet banking daily limits are temporary, and we recommend that you maintain the recommended daily limit of $2,500.

How do I obtain a statement showing the interest earned on my savings last financial year?

This information will be displayed on your end of year e-statement. You will be notified as soon as this is available to view and download from our secure site. To access e-statements, click the 'Login to e-statements' button on the left hand side of the home page.

How do I calculate how much interest I have earnt this year?

Simply login to Internet Banking and from the top menu, select 'Other' followed by 'Interest'. Your interest earned for the last financial year, as well as how much you have earned so far this year will be displayed on screen. This information will also be provided in your end of year e-statement. You will be notified by email each time a new e-statement is available to view and print from our secure site.

How do I check the current interest rate on my savings account?

You can keep up to date with the current interest rate on your savings account at any time by clicking 'current interest rates' from the orange menu on the left hand side of our website.

How do I find out Easy Street's BSB number?

Easy Street's BSB number is 512 170.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address as well as your contact numbers and email address instantly via Easy Street Internet Banking. Simply login to Internet Banking and click on the top menu item 'Other' followed by 'Client maintenance'. Your details will be updated instantly.

I need my Internet Banking login details - I've forgotten them

If it's been a little too long between visits to Easy Street and you can't remember your Member number and/or password to login to Easy Street Internet Banking, you will need to ring us on 1300 13 14 65 so we can verify you. We will then give you your Member number and reset your password.

I can't seem to login to Internet Banking - what can I do?

Often the reason behind a technical difficulty is not that technical. Issues can some times arise when trying to login to our secure Internet Banking site as you aren't using the latest version of your browser, or your pop-up blocker is on.
