Internet Banking Upgrade - 18 February 2017

We have been working hard behind the scenes on upgrading our Internet banking platform. This is the first phase of many exciting planned upgrades for 2017.

Important Information

From next weekend - Saturday 18 February is when the planned upgrades will be taking place.

What does this mean for you?

While we plan to keep the impact as minor as possible, there are a few things that you should be aware of.

From 8.00pm Saturday 18 February to 8.00am Sunday 19 February, there will be no access to our Internet Banking or Mobile Banking services.

During this time you will have limited access to card transactions. We recommend you plan in advance and ensure you withdraw cash before the upgrade if you need access to funds during this time.

Some of the features of our new Internet Banking

You Internet banking will still feature the same layout to keep the transition simple, however you will benefit from:

  • An improved look and feel
  • Some renamed menu options to make them more intuitive
  • The ability to see pending card transactions so you can understand the difference between your current and available balance.
