Phone System Upgrade

Due to an upgrade to our telephony systems, inbound calls to Easy Street First may be initially directed to our contact centre during the period 25 February 2021 to the end of March 2021.

This may affect the time needed to direct your call to the right person however our team will be on hand to assist in getting all calls to the right area.

As all existing internal phone numbers are transferred to our new system, they will no longer need to be routed via our contact centre and calls will once again operate as normal.
