Planned system upgrade from 9pm Saturday 23 November 2019

Due to a planned system upgrade, the following services were unavailable from 9pm Saturday 23 November to approximately 11.30am Sunday 24 November 2019:

Internet banking
Telephone banking
Card transactions, including ATM transactions


Mobile banking was restored around 3pm. Outgoing Osko payments via Internet Banking are currently not processing however we are continuing to investigate this and hope to have it resolved today. 

Our contact centre will open again as usual on Monday 25 November at 9am.
