    The Australian Government is currently offering eligible homeowners a $25,000 grant to renovate or build a new home. If you’ve been planning to build your dream home, or renovate your property to turn it into the home of your dreams, now could be the perfect time.

    Under the new HomeBuilder scheme, homeowners will need to spend a minimum of $150,000, up to a maximum of $750,000, on their renovation or build project. The value of the property must be less than $1.5 million to qualify for the grant.
