Interest is calculated daily and paid on the last day of each month. If you hold more than $3 million in your Flex Saver account, you will only earn interest on balances up to $3 million. The interest rate is variable so is subject to change.

You must be aged 18 or over and an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident. You can open an account in your name or with someone else. Accounts for businesses and self-managed super funds are not eligible.

Internal and external transfers can be made on the account. International transfers, direct debits and BPAY payments are not available. Refer to our Fees and Charges, Access Facilities and Transaction Limits brochure for more information.

Transfers to your other Easy Street accounts have no daily limit. Transfers to external accounts are currently set at $5,000 per day. Refer to our Fees and Charges, Access Facilities and Transaction Limits brochure for more information.

Easy Street is a mutual financial services organisation. When you open an account for the first time with Easy Street, we’ll debit $2 from your account to pay for your member share. This will be fully refundable should you close your membership with us. We will also require you to verify your ID and will SMS instructions to you after you open the account on how you can complete this using your biometrics.

You can open an account instantly via Internet Banking. Once you log in select ‘Products’ from the top menu then ‘New Savings Account’.
