We are aware of scam callers claiming to be from the Cyber Crimes Department. The caller may claim they have detected fraudulent transactions and to download a remote access app on their phone. If you receive a call of this nature, hang up. Do not download any apps, provide any access codes or one-time passcodes. You should report the scam to us and Scam Watch immediately. After considering the recent change to the RBA’s recent cash rate, among other variables, we have made the decision to increase our variable home loans by 0.25%p.a, and selected savings interest rates by up to 0.25%p.a.

Digital cards are here.

No card? No worries. Once processed by us, view your card details in the Mobile App and start using your card anytime, anywhere—even while you wait for your new one to arrive.

Card holders now have access to digital cards. This will enable you to see your card details in the Mobile App, even if you don’t have the physical card with you.

As soon as it’s processed by us, a Digital Card is instantly available in the mobile app which means that you don’t have to wait until your physical card arrives to shop online, pay bills or manage recurring payments.

The card’s details, such as card number, CVV code and expiry date are all visible within the Mobile App straight after it is ordered and the card has been activated. You can also load the digital card straight into your Digital Wallet and begin using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay – all without needing the physical card.

Digital & Plastic cards will become the default option when you order a new card. If you wish to have a Plastic Only card, please request this when you contact our team.

If you already have an existing card with us, you can request to have your account changed to Digital & Plastic cards, which will mean a new card, with new details will be sent to you. Your Digital Card request will be processed and available to view in the mobile app within 4 business hours (business hours meaning 9am-5pm Mon-Fri).
