They will also make your life easier by storing all your statement information in a single secure environment within Internet Banking. Never lose a statement again! It’s also faster than a traditional paper statement as there is no postage required. We will send you an email as soon as your statement is ready for viewing.

Simply log onto your Internet banking and click ‘accounts’ followed by ‘e-statements’ from the top menu.

Yes, e-statements are a reliable & secure way of receiving your regular account statements. Your statement is stored behind a fire wall and is transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption which means it is well protected.

Your e-statement will be made available at the same time your normal statements are issued. You will receive an email notifying you when your latest e-statement is available.

Your e-statement will be available for 7 years from the date of issue.
